Introducing the Editorial Board . . .

I’ve impressed. Jacobin went from a few dozen to a thousand subscribers in a year. We’ve brought the funk without having to resort to selling tote bags. Our completely redesigned next issue, out in a couple weeks, is going to be longer and better than the last.

Alas, my Bonapartist reign is over. We now have four editors, not one, and an advisory board of eight.

Here’s the rest of the dream team: Seth Ackerman, Mike Beggs, and Peter Frase.

And here’s the B-team: Max Ajl, Megan Erickson, Liza Featherstone, Connor Kilpatrick, Sarah Leonard, Chris Maisano, Gavin Mueller, and Kate Redburn.

Only two board members are over thirty (we won’t tell).

We also have Remeike Forbes, our super-competent designer, and assistant editor Cyrus Lewis listed on our masthead now. Marty Peretz is still serving as team mascot. Malcolm Harris is a junior blogger.
